It was announced way back in October of 2018, Legendary Films' live-action adaptation for Kohei Horikoshi's Plus Ultra-hit superhero manga and anime, My Hero Academia.
Now the Director for the film has been revealed: Shinsuke Sato, who has previously worked on live action film adaptations of series such as Bleach, Gantz, I Am a Hero, Death Note, Inuyashiki, Kingdom, and Alice in Borderland.
The upcoming project is Sato's English-language film debut. No further details (such as the release date) have been revealed yet.
