The Tobiroppo, Ranked By Their Bounties
The Tobiroppo are well-reputed for their strength and stand out significantly in the crew. They are closest to Kaidou besides the All-Stars; Kaidou himself holds them in high regard.
The Tobi Roppo are the strongest of the Headliners of Kaido's Animal Kingdom Pirates in One Piece.
Their ranks are made up of Black Maria, Who's Who, Ulti, Page One, and Sasaki. Before the Onigashima War, a member of the Worst Generation, X Drake was also a part of this group.
06- X Drake 222,000,000 Berries
Darke was introduced to us with a bounty of 222,000,000 berries
before the timeskip and his bounty hasn't changed till now, the bounty may increase after the wano arc. The other reason why Drake's bounty hasn't increased at all is because he is a Marine undercover Agent. Hence the Marines aren't increasing his bounty to keep a low profile.
05- Page One 290,000,000 Berries
Page One has a bounty of 290,000,000 Berries which is higher than Usopp's bounty of 200,000,000 berries.
Page One is the youngest member of the Tobiroppo although he is just 2 years younger than his sister Ulti, who is also a member of the Tobiroppo. Page One is one of the first Tobiroppo members introduced to us along with Drake.
04- Ulti 400,000,000 Berries
Ulti is one of the Tobiroppo, the six strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates.
She is the elder sister of fellow Tobiroppo Page One. Her bounty is significantly higher than that of both Page One and X Drake. Ulti is one of the most fan-favorite member of the tobiroppo.
03- Sasaki 472,000,000 Berries
and leads the crew's Armored Division. Before joining the Beasts Pirates, he captained his own crew called the Sasaki Pirates. Among the Tobiroppo, he has the third-highest bounty at 472,000,000, indicating his threat level.
02- Black Maria 480,000,000 Berries
Black Maria is one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest six Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates.

She owns her own brothel on Onigashima near Kaidou's mansion. As one of the six strongest Shinuchi with a 480,000,000 bounty (second highest among the Tobiroppo), Black Maria is very powerful and considered potentially able to challenge an All-Star for his position.
01- Who's Who 520,000,000 Berries
Who's-Who, also known as Who of the Droplets, is one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest six Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates.
Over a decade ago, he served in the World Government's CP9 agency, before he failed in a mission to guard the Gomu Gomu no Mi led to his dismissal from service and being imprisoned. Upon escaping, Who's-Who turned to piracy, becoming captain of the Who's-Who Pirates before eventually joining the Beasts Pirates.
