Chapter 1,019: "Heliceratops"


In the cover Color Spread, the Straw Hat band (in swimsuits and bikinis) is riding a group of whale sharks in the sea.


The chapter begins on the "Live Floor", there we see Queen launching Sanji several lasers from the "claw" of his ponytail. Sanji dodges them smiling while saying that Franky would surely be interested in this technology that Queen uses.


For his part, Dr. Miyagi is preparing the Mink medicine to inject into Zoro. He's going to have to stick it very hard so that the needle can go through the bandage Sanji made for him. Zoro gets very nervous and looks scared (will needles or injections scare him?).

We move on to the Pirates Hearts submarine, which is still at sea. It seems that Law's nakamas have already finished expelling all the water that Luffy had swallowed, and now they wonder what medicine they should give him to help him recover. Suddenly, Luffy screams while still unconscious.


Luffy: "Carneeee


Heart Pirates: "Ehhh !!?"


We now go inside the dome, specifically the right tower. There we see the Gifters from Sasaki's "Armored Unit" fighting other subordinates of Kaidou who were previously his companions. The Gifter with 4 arms and sawtooth swords tells Franky that they will take care of the rest while he fights Sasaki without interruption.


Sasaki tells Franky that his robot is very tough, Franky returns the compliment by telling him that he too is tougher than he thought. Sasaki decides to change his hybrid form.

Sasaki keeps the Triceratops head but regains his mane. His body from the waist up is very similar to his human form (with tattoos, stomach, long arms ...) but with dinosaur skin. And at the bottom it keeps the hind legs and tail of its animal form. He also has the V-shaped scar that Franky made on his stomach.


Sasaki takes out his sword, which has small blades along the blade that are placed horizontally and then begin to rotate, causing the sword to transform into a kind of drill. Sasaki says that the sword is called "Karakuri Rasentou" (Mechanical Spiral Sword).


Sasaki raises his head and looks up. Suddenly, the bony ruff of his Triceratops head begins to spin on his neck at high speed. This causes Sasaki to begin to fly thanks to the bony ruff acting as if they were the propellers of a helicopter. Franky hallucinates.


Franky: "How the hell can a dinosaur do something like that !!?"

From the sky, Sasaki throws himself at the Gifters of the "Armored Unit" who have betrayed him using his attack "Heliceratops" (^ ') 5 5 + 7) with which he damages them using his rotating bone collar. Then he launches himself for the Franky Shougun, who manages to deflect the attack with his sword, causing him to destroy a wall of the tower.


Sasaki lands on the ground and stands in front of the Franky Shougun, who is putting his sword away and preparing to protect himself. Sasaki is going to propel himself towards him at high speed thanks to the twist of the bone collar on his neck, but he makes a mistake when he turns it and instead of propelling himself forward, he does it backwards. There is an awkward silence, then Sasaki says that he did it on purpose to get the perfect distance to charge him.


Franky: "You don't even believe it !!!"

Sasaki now launches himself at the Franky Shougun as if it were a missile, using a new attack called "Tamaceratops" (弾丸ケラトプス - Balaceratops). The Franky Shougun barely stops him with his left arm, but the attack is so powerful that it causes the missiles on the Franky Shougun's left shoulder to explode. The Franky Shougun grabs Sasaki by the torso and smashes them to the ground using the attack "General Suplex" (7 プレックス).


The attack is so strong that it drives Sasaki's head into the ground. Seeing him face down, Franky realizes the wound he caused Sasaki in the stomach, so he thinks that is his weak point. Then he takes out his “Franken" (75 > Â] - Frankispada) to attack Sasaki with his "Shouri no V Flash" (勝利のV(ブイ) フラッシュ - V Flash for Victory). However Sasaki manages to dodge it by flying into the sky.

Sasaki and Franky Shougun begin a sword fight. Due to Franky's lack of experience in this type of fight, it is Sasaki who takes the lead and does so to such an extent that he manages to break the Franky Shougun's sword.


Given the situation, Franky walks away from Sasaki as he prepares his next attack. Sasaki chases him and attacks him again with his "Tamaceratops". However, Franky has been able to charge enough energy to attack him earlier and throws his "General Cannon" (将軍 砲(ジェネラルキャノン) General Cannon) at him. The attack hits full on Sasaki, who flies off while spitting blood from his mouth. However, the attack was not powerful enough to knock him out and Sasaki counterattacks.

Sasaki launches himself from the air at the Franky Shougun using a new attack called "Magnumceratops" (7+45 517). The impact is so powerful that Sasaki manages to destroy part of the Franky Shougun. However, Franky has managed to get out of the robot in time, catching Sasaki by surprise. Franky, lying on the ground, throws at Sasaki his "Franky Radical Beam" that goes through Sasaki's stomach. Franky gasps with exhaustion while Sasaki falls to the ground with his eyes rolled and bleeding from the mouth again ...


We pass to the dome of Onigashima, there Kaidou and Yamato continue fighting (we only see how they exchange blows with their kanabo briefly). They both converse while fighting.


Kaidou: "Yamato, I recognize that you are a great military force!


Although I did not plan for you to eat that Akuma no Mi that I had so hard to get !! "

Yamato:" I ate it because I was hungry !!


I wanted to go to sea, but because of this, now I am a hammer !!


We see part of Yamato's face, which has transformed into his hybrid form. He has a sharp snout and teeth. Yamato continues speaking.

We come to the last page of the chapter, where we finally see the hybrid form of Yamato. It is a very beautiful shape. In addition to the aforementioned, we see that Yamato has pointed ears and two horns that protrude from his forehead (they seem the same as he has in his normal form but changed places). It seems that its body has hair, it also has large hands that look like claws and its legs are like animal legs. Finally we see flames around his body and hair (similar to the smoke that Luffy has around his body when he uses Gear 4), even some comes out of his elbows and knees.


At no time is the specific name of his Akuma no Mi given, so it is difficult to say if it really is the Akuma no Mi of the Byakko or if it is another like that of the Kirin. Yamato keeps talking.
