The next generation of hololive EN VTubers were set to debut toady. A few hours before the debut. The English Twitter account for hololive EN VTubers, announced that due to "unforeseen circumstances" the first live streams from hololive English -Council- would be delayed.
Earlier today, they also revealed that the debuts will now happen the next day, at the same time.
Debut times will follow that of the original schedule.

Once the debuts have finished, a collab stream will take place on Monday, August 23, at 10 AM featuring all five members, so please watch it as well.#holoCouncil #hololiveEnglish
hololive English -Council- will begin on 22nd August, at 2 AM Japan time with first being Sana. The rest of the debuts will be on
- Fauna: Monday, August 23, 3:30 AM
- Kronii: Monday, August 23, 5 AM
- Mumei: Monday, August 23, 6:30 AM
- Baelz: Monday, August 23, 8 AM
culminating with a collaboration stream on the hololive EN YouTube channel at 10 AM, an hour later than was originally scheduled.
While the English side of hololive hasn't revealed what was the cause for the delay, the Japanese account said the delay was due to "system trouble," so it might be just a technical problem.
